The Leap into HR Consulting programmes were founded in 2019 by Sarah Hamilton-Gill FCIPD, a leading mentor for HR consultants. Sarah's mission was clear: to empower HR and People professionals to transition from employment to running their own successful HR or People consultancy. Her passion stems from her own experience of founding and growing a thriving HR consultancy over 30 years ago. Her business delivers immense value to her clients, rewards her skills financially, and provides the freedom to live life on her terms (currently enjoying over 6 months a year living in Corfu).
Passion sits at the core of everything we do, giving us the experience and insight to help other HR and People professionals achieve lasting success. The HR Consultancy Academy was created to provide the kind of support Sarah wished she’d had at the beginning of her journey. Our aim is simple: to give consultants like you the guidance, knowledge, and community you need to thrive as an independent professional.
In 2025 we will be adding new features and benefits to the Academy membership and growing on the existing benefits that we have for this.
